LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE
Our landscape maintenance services are built around custom, full service property care. Each contract is tailored to the unique needs of your landscape and includes proactive maintenance well beyond basic lawn cutting.
*We exclusively service clients enrolled in full service maintenance programs and do not offer mowing only or partial maintenance services.*
ANNUAL LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
Our custom full service landscape maintenance contracts are designed to deliver a consistently manicured, healthy property throughout the entire landscape season. Each annual program includes all services essential to proper landscape care addressing turf health, plant maintenance, seasonal needs, and overall property presentation as a cohesive plan rather than individual services.
All services are bundled into a structured 10 month maintenance plan (March-December), providing predictable billing and uninterrupted care. Monthly invoice amounts remain consistent for the full 10 months (excluding any approved extras or enhancements) with clients billed at the end of each month. This approach allows for proactive, professional maintenance while offering clarity, stability, and peace of mind.
WHAT IS CONSIDERED "FULL SERVICE"
Full service refers to a comprehensive approach to landscape maintenance, combining lawn care, plant health, pruning, seasonal enhancements, and routine upkeep. Each program is tailored, but participation in a full service plan is required to ensure consistent results. We do not just mow lawns.

TURF MANAGEMENT
Our turf management division is led by a DEC certified technician. Each property will be properly evaluated, and a custom application program will be put together. Treatment will start once the plan is approved by the property owner(s).

PLANT AND SHRUB CARE
ORNAMENTAL SHRUB AND TREE PRUNING
ANTI-DESICCANT SPRAYING
Pruning your shrubs isn't just aesthetically pleasing, it is crucial for their health and growth. Our trained professionals trim your shrubs the correct way by using a mixture of hedge trimmers and hand pruners. We recommend that you have your property pruned at least twice per season for optimal results.
Hedge Trimming rates begin at $90.00 per man-hour.
Hand Pruning & Tree Trimming rates are carefully evaluated and priced individually to reflect the scope and complexity of each project.
Our anti-desiccant applications provide a protective coating on broadleaf evergreens to reduce winter moisture loss and wind burn. This treatment helps shrubs retain hydration during harsh conditions, minimizing browning and winter damage. This application is applied in November / early December.
Pest Treatment
BURLAP INSTALLATION
We utilize a strategic combination of professional grade insecticides and horticultural oils to both prevent and treat common shrub pests. This layered approach targets active infestations while also disrupting pest life cycles, promoting long-term plant health without unnecessary over-application.
Burlap installation is a recommended early winter service. This is because burlap will protect your evergreens from breaking apart due to heavy snow or wind and it also helps prevent foliage from drying out. It is installed mid November and removed at the beginning of April.
